Welcome to Sandhills Dressage
Owner and USDF Bronze Medal
Trainer Andrea Ruting. Originally from
Hamburg Germany where she trained
with Juergen Koschel. The Dutch
national trainer and former national
trainer of Finland and Spain. Andrea
trained for many years in Germany
before moving to the US and settling in
NC. Sandhills Dressage provides
training for all levels of riders from
beginner to FEI. Horses of all ages
and breeds are welcome, and get the
best personalise training, from start to
finish. Currently Andrea is training with
Lientjie Schueler, who is holding
clinics here regularly. We also have an
extensive network of breeders and
trainers across northern Germany. So,
if you are looking for that big beautiful
German Warmblood, don't hesitate to
